About This Plugin

Simply Tweeted is a simple, no-frills plugin which updates twitter with the post title and post URL upon post or page publishing.

This plugin is branched from the URL Shortener Plugin (Ver 2.1 and above) and is developed for use as a standalone plugin.

Important Note:  Simply Tweeted Plugin Ver 1.0 will cease to work after June 2010 as Twitter will be shutting down their basic authentication method in favor of the OAuth. As such, until I have time to update this plugin with OAuth support, do consider using other alternative WordPress Twitter Plugins. Thanks

Installation:

• Upload the files to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory (preserve sub-directory structure if applicable)
• Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
